Student Enrichment Opportunities

Robinson teachers and staff offer opportunities for students to join a variety of clubs that meet during the school day throughout the year. Opportunities vary each year based on student interest and include clubs like:

Casual Readers’ Club

Students read and discuss books of interest.

Chess Club

Students learning problem-solving, strategy and sportsmanship using the game of chess.

Crucigramas y Sopa de Letras Club

Using crucigramas and sopa de letras, students challenge themselves intellectually, investigate new learning areas and develop linguistically

DC vs Marvel Club

Students engage with one another, share, discuss, and collect comic books, movies, games, characters, heroes, etc. Students will create art projects, as well as write and draw their own comic book creations.

Edge Club

Works to create awareness about the needs and circumstances faced by girls in many countries around the world. The club has sponsored 3 girls’ education and looks to expand its outreach.

Entrepreneurship Club

Students focus on developing and pitching start-up ideas. Top Start-up ideas will be further developed with the goal of building a business. Students learn business development strategies and gain essential knowledge of finance and business logistics.

Film Critique Club

Students view, analyze and critique films and shows from a diverse range of themes and topics

Interact Club

Students plan and participate in various service learning and charitable opportunities.

Mini-Maker Spaces Club

Students perform hands-on experiments in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.

Origami Club

Students learn about the art of paper folding and create unique 3D objects.

Pay It Forward Club

Service and Inclusion through good deeds. Start a chain and pay it forward!

Puppet Theater

Students write scripts and dramatize them through puppets. Shows will be filmed and presented to our younger community members.

Recipe Club

Students share recipes with peers, along with their origin and nutritional value. Sampler Days provide opportunities to share with the school community.

Recycling Club

Students participate in activities and create awareness of the importance of recycling.

Russian Club

Conversational Russian for beginners. Students learn the Cyrillic alphabet and basis useful phrases, as well as explore Russian culture, traditions, music, art and history.
