While at Robinson, Class of 2016 alumna Mariella García Matienzo was always able to express herself confidently and collaborate effectively with individuals and groups. She was an accomplished student-athlete and participated in numerous student leadership associations.
Mariella recently graduated from American University with a degree in Public Relations and Strategic Communications, minoring in Marketing and Business Entertainment. While a student at American University, she had several internships with major corporations such as NBC Universal and spent a semester at the University of Queensland in Australia. She is currently the Social Media and Communications Director of Sala Agency, a local start-up where she develops innovative digital strategies to increase business and profitability.
